  • Submit your My Testimonial 

Explore the possibilities of The Freestyle 2nd Gen and write down the details of your user experience and make sure to include a photo or a video. Once your Testimonial is approved, we will syndicate it on Samsung’s website for other shoppers to read. 

  • Complete the End Survey 

You will receive a short questionnaire to fill out at the end of the campaign to collect your final feedback. This will give you the opportunity to help Samsung provide the best possible experience for their loyal customers in the future! 

How does it work?

  • Subscribe to the campaign by completing the entry survey. 
  • If you are pre-selected, we will send you an email containing further instructions. You will need to claim your spot on our platform and then purchase the device on Samsung.com using a provided voucher code. Please note that the discount voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, nor can it be used for any other purpose other than which it is intended.  
  • You will receive a confirmation email after your proof of purchase has been approved to welcome you into the campaign. 
  • The campaign (testing period) will last for 4 weeks during which you will need to submit your review. The End Survey will be shared at the end of the campaign. Campaign timeline can be found on the campaign page. 

Returns?  

There are NO returns on the device outside of your legal rights during the cooling off period (2 weeks from the date of receiving the device). Samsung Customer Services need to be contacted within this period.
